I am a 200 hour yoga alliance certified instructor and second degree black belt in taekwondo. I've been practicing yoga since 2012 and I am excited to integrate asanas & yogic lifestyle into a practice to supplement and foster stronger, more confident martial artists with yoga for martial arts!

I am a 200 hour yoga alliance certified instructor and second degree black belt in taekwondo. I've been practicing yoga since 2012 and I am excited to integrate asanas & yogic lifestyle into a practice to supplement and foster stronger, more confident martial artists with yoga for martial arts!

I am honored to have received my black belt under the only undefeated TKD champion and 92' olympic coach, Grandmaster Dong Keun Park; and continue to train with him three times a week. 

When I'm not training or enjoying yoga practice at home; I work as a part time Barre3 instructor and enjoy spending time with my beautiful dogs, Michi, Morty & Zoey.
